Our core of care staff who are responsible for resident's well being are professionally qualified, and are required to continually update their knowledge and skills through on going training.

These key members of staff are rostered to ensure there is a qualified care worker there for residents around the clock, 24 hours a day every day of the week.

Care staff work closely with residents attending to their day to day needs, under instruction and supervision.

Our main cook is vastly experienced, highly valued by our residents and has been with Little Brook for many years. In the kitchen she is supported by the care staff, who also help with the serving of the meals

Many of our staff have been with us for years, and know our residents very well. They work as a tight knit team, pulling together to make sure resident's are well cared for, and Little Brook House runs like clockwork.
