CQC Latest Inspection – All Good Here

We are pleased to be able to tell you that the Care Quality Commission(CQC) paid a visit to the home  recently to check our compliance with the latest infection control standards. They rated our compliance as Good in all departments, a brief summary is as follows: The registered manager had created a separate entrance for staff, people who lived at the home and visitors. The new visitor entrance led into the relative’s visiting room which enabled them to be screened, sanitise their hands and meet their family members, maintaining social distancing, and without the need to access the main building. …
